Parent-Teacher Conferences

We are pleased to be scheduling Parent-Teacher Conferences online this semester using Conference Manager.  You can easily book your  Parent Teacher Interviews  by simply clicking on the link below and following the steps.

Step 1 : Create a Parent Account

You will be asked to create Parent Account  to use Conference Manager. You only need to go through the registration process the first time you use the system. To register in the Conference Manager use the link above and click the “Register Now” button and complete the registration form. Your login credentials (email and password) will remain in the system to make it easy to access the Conference Manager for Parent Teacher Interviews in second semester as well.  Please ensure you input all of your children currently attending Aspen View Public Schools and then choose the appropriate school from the drop down menu for each child.  

Step 2 : Sign Into New Account

Once you have completed step 1, you will be directed back to the original page.  Simply sign into your newly created account now. 

Step 3 : Book your Parent-Teacher interviews

Select the teachers with whom you want to book interviews and select an empty time slot. After booking your appointments you can print off your schedule.  You can log into the system at any time to view your bookings, print, cancel or re-schedule appointments.
